Everyone can apply to be the face of a series of videos from the stylist's beauty line!
Two years ago, Marc Jacobs chose the models for the campaign of his extinct Marc by Marc Jacobs via Instagram. He asked users to upload videos using the hashtag #CastMeMarc and more than 70,000 people accepted the challenge and the nine chosen were photographed by David Sims for the ad. Due to success, the designer decided to repeat the formula for his makeup line.
Now the quest is for beauty vloggers! The call was made again by Instagram, of course, starring drag queen Milk, who participated in the sixth season of the reality show RuPaul's Drag Race, and also served as a model for the label last year.
"Urgently called!" She says in the video. "#CastMeMarc is back! This time we are behind the new sensation of social media, is it you? Post a video on Instagram telling Marc what inspires you in beauty and fashion and give him a good reason to choose you. "
The competition runs until December 5th and people from all over the world can try their luck. The only restriction is to be over 18 years! The finalists will be rewarded with a trip to New York and will still appear a series of videos of makeup, what's up?
